VMS – LNPR System

Problem

It is one of Singapore's notable Condo, which leads many tourists to visit. This results in the condo's insecurity. Additionally, the registration process for visitors and residents was lengthy and entries were received late. The rush to send the vehicle inside created a ton of traffic and used an improper entry.

Solution

The Biome fixed the VMS and LNPR system to make it easy for guests to self-check in and depart. By preventing entry to the gate, it keeps an eye on every unidentified person who enters the unit. Additionally, the blacklist of Vehicles and visitors entering the condo was also discovered.

Impacts

There wasn't a long line forming at the gate because the daily process of entering and exiting the vehicle was recorded as selfless. This also assisted the condo in finding a solution to the issue of the tourist not entering. Along with reduced manpower costs, this also results in high-tech security.

Water Management

Problem

Water is used extensively on a daily basis in these types of condos. Calculating water consumption is another difficult task. If any component is damaged, prompt repairs won't be possible at that time, which might cause their water to waste a lot of energy.

Solution

The smart water meter monitoring system continuously tracks water consumption while employing IoT sensors to monitor the water meter. Water meters today are capable of reading data and displaying it analogically. Normally, a sensor module should be able to be added to this meter so that it can read data digitally.

Impacts

The installation of a smart water meter helps to measure the amount of water used by the resident while also preventing water overflow. They set up a sensor module so that it can gather all the data in a comprehensible manner. There is an alarm system to notify when damage happens, and it will fix it as quickly as feasible.

Alert management system

Problem

The higher condo has a better ambiance, but this also invites damage, unauthorized visitors, a lack of protection, and other problems. The resident is unaware of the problem's causes. Some people are unable to obey any rules or laws, especially since there is no time management and do use the gym, pool are some other activities over their permitted time.

Solution

One of the best things to make the environment safe while simultaneously warning/alerting the individual is the alert management system. This even sends the data to the security guard to notify of the events and stores it for future reference. The modified system will be installed throughout the condo to monitor and provide continuous surveillance.

Impacts

It was quickly detected and the damage was minimized when the alert system was installed. There is an alert system that promptly warns and notifies the security guard if any people/children approach the restricted area. This not only guards the area/objects but also trains people to refrain from using the pool, etc. It even conveys the note to make sure the place is cleared, allows for the further use of others.

Among the buildings, The Interlace is a towering structure. People found it difficult to live in such conditions, but Biome has provided a solution by building the condo extremely high. Additionally, by simultaneously enhancing high-tech security, it aids in reducing the cost effect.
